Line Cook - Resurgence at Canalside

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.

What you'll be doing:

*This position is summer only from May to September at our Canalside location at 44 Prime Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. The hours of operation begin with weekends and will transition to full-time hours in late-May. Opportunity may be available to transfer to our Chicago Street Brewery kitchen once the season ends.

*Evening and weekend availability is a must.

Our kitchen staff add value to our back-of-house operations by promoting a team-focused atmosphere, a clean & supportive work environment, and efficiency!

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of food handling/cooking/restuarant experience required
• Flexibility
• Team-focused attitude
• Ability to adapt to changes in volume (think lunch or dinner rush)
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Cleanliness
• ServSafe certification a plus
