Job Description

Responsibilities:

Recent experience ADP WorkForce Now required
Multi-state payroll processing, including Union workforces for Exempt and Non-exempt status
Union processing and ability to help negotiate terms
Heavy tax and compliance experience
Heavy reporting skills
Skilled in dimensions of HR, especially Payroll and Benefits knowledge
Work in retirement plan entries, contribution payments, and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Must understand Union processing and regulations
Advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, and V-look Ups
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation a plus
SAP knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
