Looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Inside Sales Representative to join the sales team of a Aerospace and Defence contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.

Job Description:

Distribution Inside Sales Representative. Will work with the C-suite of the company towards a sales goal/quota. Applicants with an existing relationship with clients or potential clients preferred.

Essential Experience and Duties of Job Position:

1. Customer service skills and be able to address their needs.

2. Proven Successful Distribution Inside Sales experience in exceeding quotas/goals.

3. Experience in selling to aerospace and military markets.

4. Experience in selling electromechanical parts highly desirable.

5.Experience in Rugged electronics highly desirable.
6. Interface with vendors and customers in problem areas.
7. Review inventory levels and flows with Purchasing Manager.
8. Maintain sales records and administer incentive programs, distribute sales information.

Experience: 2 plus Years insides sales rep in commercial distribution preferable in the electro-mechanical market or computer market especially for defence/aerospace industry.

Degree on recognized College level.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Between 50K-65K plus commission and performance based bonuses.
