Full Time Retail Store Associate at Sessions Smoke Shop - Bryn Mawr

We are seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Smoke Shop Store Associate. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products. Must be 21+, and legally allowed to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate and helpful information about our products, including their features, benefits, and proper use.
• Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment, as well as the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and labeled.
• Participate in inventory management, including restocking products and performing regular inventory counts.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, particularly in a customer-facing role, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• A passion for learning about our products and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $14.00/hour.
