Commercial Account Manager (CSR) for Independent Insurance Agency - Commercial Construction Insurance

Must have Oregon Property & Casualty License and experience with commercial insurance operations of an active agency with specific knowledge and capability of concepts and practices as follows:

• Compare and deduce coverages and competitiveness of commercial construction insurance proposals from a variety of competing insurance companies.
• Proficient communication with clients, underwriters, brokers, marketing managers.
• Competent, organized and timely submission of new and renewal business.
• Preparation and review of applications, proposals, summaries and policies.
• Issuance of certificates, additional insured endorsements and loss payables.
• Submission of claims, interaction with adjusters.
• Company direct bill and agency bill.
• Agency Management Systems.
• Maintain Multi state agency licenses.
• Complex problem-solving capability.
• Identify and analyze risk associated with client operations.
• Risk transfer concepts.

Applicant must possess above-average written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in general word processing as well as common computer proficiency and a desire to provide exemplary customer service.

Any AMS Prime or general Surety experience would be a great advantage.
Full benefits provided. Salary dependent upon experience - $35,000 to $105,000 annually.
