Hands on Training

• Follow up on sales leads generated from warm leads and other lead databases.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
• Maintains and enhances the company's relationships with existing clients by executing proactive and ongoing contact initiatives.
• Expands/rounds our existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
• Take payments, update client information, and issue insurance documentation.

• Current/active California Property and Casualty License.
• Prior insurance experience desired
• Knowledge of Agency Management Systems
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Able to work independently within a collaborative team environment
• Solution-driven problem-solving skills and proven analytical skills
