Agent in Training - Farmers Insurance

We are actively looking for participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our office located at Greenwood Village, CO. This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency after successful completion of the program.

Salary and Work Hours

• The total yearly compensation is between $60,000.00 - $90,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.

Commission

• Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and secure sales
• Actively participate in community events
• Build networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Foster client relationships
• Utilize lead management systems
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and open to coaching
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Desire for personal and professional growth
• Must possess valid insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them
