We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with senior and line management to develop HR strategies and solutions that support the business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
  • Change Management: Support and guide departments through organizational changes and development.
  • Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • HR Program/Policy Development: Identify and drive the sharing and implementation of best practices. Develop and nurture partnerships through HR to bridge the divide between management and employees.
  • Talent Development: Assess training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate.
  • Recruitment and Workforce Planning: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a clear understanding of the organization's hiring needs and job specifications. Assist with workforce planning and provide insight into labor market trends.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and bonus programs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
To be a qualified candidate you must have the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
