Inside Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products and services
• Qualify leads and identify potential customers' needs and requirements
• Provide product information and demonstrations to prospects
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Work on assigned regions, territory, state(s), top accounts, etc
• Responsible for tracking progress on individual goals via CRM entries. Documentation is essential

Experience:

• Proven experience in inside sales or related role - 2+ years
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Mechanical background is helpful
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions
