Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring in Maryville, TN. Seeking an experienced Receptionist to assist with front office coordination.
Responsibilities will consist of, but may not be limited to:

Operating multi-line phone system to answer calls, transfer calls, take messages and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain accurate documentation in company specific database system
Filing
Data Entry
Greeting walk-ins
Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for applicants
Managing the workflow of the office.
Other duties as assigned

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

$15-$17/hr to start, depending on experience.

Qualified candidates will be proficient with MS Office, have demonstrated customer service experience, have a genuine compassion for helping people, and thrive being part of a competitive / growth-driven team. Spanish / English bilingual capabilities helpful, but not required.
