Sales Estimating Manager

The Sales Manager position is a key role responsible for generating revenue through client engagement and retention efforts. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and be a part of the sales team, the estimating team and work closely with the marketing department. You will also strategize to identify client needs, promote our products/services, and maintain long-term client relationships. This role demands a results-driven approach, effective use of CRM tools, and a focus on retaining and creating upsell processes to existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to our company's success.
