Project Manager -Hospitals / Healthcare Systems Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and other key employees on project team
• Select subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
• Responsible to minimize any delays, emergencies, and problems that can arise
• Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
• Report project progress and budget to client and senior management
• Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner
• Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables

  
  Project Manager -Hospitals / Healthcare Systems Job Qualifications:

•     10+ years experience managing construction projects in the Hospital/Healthcare setting
•     Design build experience on projects over $5M
•     Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, or Engineering
•     Effective communicator
•     Effective writer
•     Effective financial tracker
•     Ability to write and adhere to schedules
•     Must have run projects within Hospitals and/or Healthcare Systems
•     Fully understand mechanical systems and special nuances within the hospitals
•     Must know P-6 schedules, Procore, and Excel
•     Will look at a facilities, construction, or building manager within a hospital that oversees hospital construction projects

Project Manager -Hospitals / Healthcare Systems  Job  Salary & Bonus:

• Base Salary: $125K - $150K
• Bonus: Based on individual and company performance
