Pay Range: $15-$17/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Bilingual (Spanish) : 10 Resumes ($19 pay rate (Max))
Non-bilingual : 10 Resumes ($17 pay rate (Max))

Key Responsibilities:

• To score for customer experience, compliance, and procedural adherence using customized scorecard.
• Identify trends and training opportunities; provide feedback to agent and management to enhance agent performance.
• Other responsibility may include creating reports.
• Quality monitoring experience and excellent communication skills required.
• INCONTACT Nice Engage, Excel, and contact center experience preferred.
• Call monitor assistant.
• Will come through system as QA analyst.
• INCONET - preferred to have.
• Listening to the calls.
• Rating the calls.
• Team will use that information and make improvements in the team calls.
