Sales Management Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Management Coordinator to join our team!  You will be responsible for buying and selling damaged freight or abandoned freight and other assets arising from transport claims, marine claims, surplus inventory, warehouse losses, etc.

This is an in office position - Candidates must live within Maryville or Knoxville, TN areas.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with sellers and buyers of salvageable products, within the CRM.
• Conduct daily client calls, text, emails, etc. for an understanding of Seller and Buyer needs, effectively handling issues.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, making contact, developing qualified leads, offering, handling objections, closing, and nurturing.
• Conduct site visits and do research assignments as required.
• Develop an understanding and strategy of how to embrace trending, primary, and alternative markets.
• Coordinate and update activities during daily team meetings.
• Assist in securing client agreements. price negotiations, terms and conditions of product purchases and product sales within the company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 Years Experience in sales or related field.
• Personal Characteristics: Team player, good communications, engaging, unquestioned integrity, diplomatic but candid and honest. 
• Must provide work history and professional references / recommendation from companies.
• Communication skills at a professional level.
• B2B sales and marketing experience.
• Specific skills: Customer Management Software (ACT would be preferred), Negotiation Skills. (Adobe, Teams, Dropbox, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Office).
