Job Title:  Server Production Engineer

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

What you will DO:

• Coordinate with Asia HQ to configure and manage servers with different operating systems, addressing issues and upgrading systems to enhance performance and reliability.
• Provide support for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, overseeing and resolving server, network device, storage, and client device problems.
• Ensure that relevant management is informed of deviations from protocol criteria and support the identification of root causes and resolutions.
• Directly and indirectly contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support the tracking of project goals and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Train equipment operators or other staff on validation protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold a safe working environment.

What you will NEED:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server production engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is the minimum qualification required.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is requested.
• Ability to travel to Asia (Taiwan) for several months for training and/or meetings.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
