Director of Nursing SNF

Mix integrity, energy, intelligence and a passion for helping others by leading the Skilled Nursing center's nursing team through a shared vision of exceptional and purposeful direct patient care. An RN with multiple years of recent clinical experience including two or more years in a supervisory role in a long-term care setting is desired; BSN preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs and procedures

• Ensuring that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements

• Maintaining and improving the quality of patient care and standards of care

You can expect an income of $150,000 to $180,000 plus bonus based on experience and provide a benefits package that includes health insurance, vacation, CEU, and a 401(k)-retirement plan.
