Account Manager

Working with the Senior Director, this position will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day professional services of clients, including the management and coordination of projects and campaigns to deadlines. Advertising, email campaigns, social media, and reporting across multiple clients network of websites.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Collaborate with key players across departments to make sure that each campaign gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful

• Management execution of marketing, public relations, and public affairs campaigns

• Develop and create client strategies and track progress to measurable objectives

• Review deliverables for accuracy towards client expectations

• Maintain regular contact with clients and review client works

• Regularly monitor campaign measurables and target audience to assess campaign performance

• Brainstorm new and creative marketing initiatives to reach an expanded target audience

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Media Buys/Google Adwords

• Business Networking Events

• Analytics for digital media and web

• Email marketing campaigns

Skills and Requirements:

• 5 + minimum (7 + preferable) years relevant experience

• BS/MS degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

• Knowledge of social media and scheduling platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google Plus, and Hootsuite

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Highly organized with an ability to multi-task

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel) and/or Google Docs required

• Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques and media buying highly recommended

• General quick learner with web-based business applications

Additional Skills a Plus:

• Spanish (bilingual)

• Asana and other project management software

• Graphic design, videography, photography, editing, or other creative disciplines

• Agency Experience Strongly preferred
