Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Platform Administrator to join our dynamic team. Working in a hybrid capacity from our North Hollywood studio, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing various platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, AWS, and Dalet Flex. You will also provide low-volume Level 1 helpdesk support, ensuring efficient operation and resolving technical issues to maintain high user satisfaction.

Essential duties: 

  • Administer and manage platform configurations for Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, AWS, and other systems.
  • Provide Level 1 helpdesk support (low volume), addressing and resolving user inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Utilize command-line interfaces on both Windows and Mac operating systems for troubleshooting and system management.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring high levels of functionality and efficiency.
  • Integrate tech stacks to enhance system interoperability, user experience and reduce data silos.
  • Perform routine audits and updates to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
  • Assist with remote support tasks, guiding users through troubleshooting procedures and resolving issues remotely.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides to assist end-users and support training initiatives.
  • Windows Server Administration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting Windows and Mac OS endpoints.
  • Strong background in integrating technology stacks and systems.
  • Experience in remote support and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Demonstrable experience with AWS S3 and EC2 management and configuration.
  • Experience with the Monday.com API, ChatGPT, using an MDM (JAMF, ScaleFusion, InTune, etc.), and/or experience with Fortigate firewall configuration and management are preferred.
