The Role

As a Data Migration Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with Implementation Engineers and Technical Project Managers to understand LoanPro clients unique business requirements, configure the software to meet their needs, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will leverage your technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication abilities to deliver exceptional service and drive successful implementations. Responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times.

What You'll Do
As the Data Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Takes ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it fulfills our customers' needs and how they use the product Cultivate new business relationships, maintain existing business relationships with customers and partners
  • Owns the migration of data from legacy systems to LoanPro. This includes but is not limited to data manipulation via MySQL, understanding Python scripts, and troubleshooting data discrepancies as they arise.
  • An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at managers discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.
  • Coordinate with Implementation Engineers and Technical Project Managers to integrate and configure LoanPro Software as well as additional proposed solutions facilitating seamless data flow and connectivity.
  • Take ownership on becoming a subject matter expert on all aspects of LoanPro software including how it is used by our customers.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process including setup configurations and user guides.


What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with a coding language such as mySQL, Python, Clojure, PHP is preferred.
  • Previous experience with REST API is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong technical acumen with a good understanding of software applications and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and.r internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to configure software solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple implementation tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the LoanPro is a plus.
  • Previous experience in software implementation or consulting is desirable.
