Job Description

We are a Personal Lines Insurance Agency seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to become a part of our organization! We will assist in getting your P&C License if you do not have it. Once you obtain the license you can earn $2.00 more an hour.

Responsibilities:

Working with Agency customers to build customer relationships while providing the following services:

Write Home and Auto Insurance policies
Vehicle registration through our in-office RMV site
Answer policy questions
Resolve billing issues

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Personal Lines Insurance
Property/Casualty License preferred - we'll assist to obtain
Sales Ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
Detail-oriented
Multi-tasker
