IMMEDIATE OPENING- This Manager is ONLY accepting local resources; they will need to come pickup the laptop in Boston and start working 3 days a week from day 1.

*Manager strongly prefers candidates from Fidelity in Boston working on their regulatory or analytics teams.

Key Skills: Senior Scrum Master, investment background, regulatory reporting

Must Have:

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
3+ years of experience within the asset management or financial services industry.
2+ years of recent experience working on Financial regulatory reporting or investment analytics projects.(ex. FINRA, MIFID2, KYC, AML)
Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution and coaching skills.
Experienced supporting IT projects and investment systems.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
Bachelor's degree.
