Job Description

RemX Staffing is looking for BILINGUAL Customer Service Representatives. This role will take inbound calls to assist people with scheduling regular meal deliveries.

Title: Customer Service Rep
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Plantation, FL | ONSITE
Salary: Bilingual Spanish $18/hour
Start Date: asap
Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
Training: Training is 2 weeks and then you'll be taking phone calls!

Responsibilities:

Assist callers with questions related to their health insurance / meal deliveries
Assist callers with issues and navigation of site/portal
Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.

Requirements:

GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
