Part Time Receptionist

Seeking reliable part-time receptionists to provide a consistent, positive, and friendly presence at the front desk. The ideal candidate must have good, clear communication skills and willing to assist with different department's needs.

Compensation & Hours:

• $20-$21/ hour, 30 hours per week
• 1st shift - 6:30 am to 12:30pm, Mon-Fri
• 2nd shift - 12:30pm to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri

General Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, route them accordingly, and provide information to caller
• Greet and direct visitors to proper personnel in a positive and friendly manner
• Prepare UPS shipments online, deliver to shipping area, and maintain receipts
• Prepare outgoing mail, sort incoming mail, and distribute mail to the building
• Take inventory of and orders office supplies, maintain coffee stations and conference rooms with supplies
• Ensure front reception area and conference rooms are neat and orderly
• Ensure proper coverage of front reception area when it is necessary to leave area
• Maintain and assist in scheduling calendars for conference  rooms
• Assist office personnel with operation of copier and fax machine
• Assists in maintaining the HR section in Sharepoint
• Assists with hosted events as needed
• Assist other departments with various projects and other duties as assigned
