Cafe Staff

Job Summary:
The Cafe Staff at FIELDS CADILLAC (ST. AUGUSTINE) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and culinary expertise to dealership customers in a fast-paced cafe setting. This individual contributor role will play a vital part in enhancing the overall customer experience at the dealership.  We serve a limited menu daily

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position in the hospitality/restaurant industry within the auto industry. The salary will be commensurate with experience, and FIELDS CADILLAC (ST. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process customer food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to customer requests and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized cafe and coffee bar areas, including restocking and sanitizing stations as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including food safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with the rest of the cafe team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer service 
- Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food storage, handling, and waste management
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality/restaurant setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Food safety and hygiene certifications preferred
- Passion for good food and strong knowledge of food and beverage trends
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
