Corporate Business Systems Analyst

Location: Near Warsaw, IN (Hybrid Work Model)

Schedule: Full-time, 40-45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend hours. Core hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

What You Will Do:

• Interact and Collaborate: Work closely with associates across various groups to grasp business needs for new capabilities or efficiency improvements.
• Translate and Configure: Convert business needs into application requirements. Configuring and supporting systems, with a preference for those experienced in Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• System Architecture Contribution: Play a role in the design and overall architecture of the company's systems, incorporating both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
• Technology Research: Keep abreast of current technologies and trends to suggest and implement innovative applications.

Who You Are:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
• Experience: At least 3 years in systems or business analyst roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent in Microsoft Office, with preferred experience in Oracle ERP configuration and SQL.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, comfortable interacting at all organization levels.
• Professional Attributes: Highly motivated, independent learner, and collaborative. Demonstrates excellent customer focus, calm demeanor, and the ability to balance competing priorities. Should be organized, flexible, adaptable, and a creative thinker.
