Sous Chef Provincetown
We are currently looking for a qualified sous chef to head BOH operations. Assist the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef in leading, and developing a team to success in this high-volume, full-service location. We are a founder-run, mission-driven organization with a fun, supportive atmosphere, but we take our food and guest.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50-60K/YR

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume environment, experience in a new store opening (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
- Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Conflict management abilities
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
