Your Role: Real Estate Development Associate

As a vital contributor to our Real Estate team, you will lead the charge in identifying prime new locations and acquisition opportunities, driving the expansion of WhiteWater's footprint. Your role is pivotal in building our development pipeline, managing broker relationships, and steering the entire site selection and acquisition process in alignment with our strategic goals.

• Direct impact: Play a central role in the company's growth, working closely with senior leadership including our CFO & Head of Development and Executive Vice President of Real Estate.
• Multi-faceted experience: Engage in a wide array of tasks from site identification, contract negotiation, to managing pre-development and acquisition diligence.
• Strategic influence: Your efforts in market research, competitor analysis, and relationship building will directly shape our expansion strategies.

We're Searching for Someone With:

• A blend of humility and drive, ready to learn and contribute from Day 1.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, complemented by creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with GIS tools.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, demonstrating clear communication, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• A background in Commercial Real Estate and/or M&A, with 2 to 3 years of experience preferred.
• A solid foundation or the ability to swiftly master various real estate and GIS software tools, aiming for effective decision-making and problem-solving.
