Substance Abuse Technician - 2nd & 3rd shifts - Urgent Need!

One of our clients is seeking a Certified Recovery Specialist to provide services in Norristown, PA. Must have a high school dimploma or GED. Must have certification for CRS or CRFS.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Engage individuals with opiate use disorder (OUD) in a trusting and supportive relationship.
* Promote the principles of recovery with participants and community providers.
* Create and individualize support plan for each person assessed.
* Regularly and directly communicate with the individuals' direct care team.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* High School Diploma or GED
* CRS or CRFS Certification
* ASAM Certification, knowledge, or training preferred
* Experience must include one (1) year of direct work experience with the chemically dependent, MAT (medication assisted treatment) and/or co-occurring patients (MH & ADD).
* Valid Driver's License
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal
* Must be able to produce valid medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
