Maintenance Person

Our company is growing and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. $35,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
• Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
• Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems
• Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems
• Be on-call to respond to emergency issues
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED Certificate
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
