customer service and marketing consulting for our clients.

Do you have experience with the following?
 Experience with face-to-face customer acquisition, retention or general service
 Employee development experience in customer service, marketing, sales or related customer facing roles
 Writing, designing and executing customer acquisition strategies
 Interviewing candidates for customer service, sales associate, marketing or similar fields
 Communicating with HR about hiring staffing needs for customer service and marketing roles
 Communicating between upper management, clients and representatives
 Negotiating consulting contracts with clients
 Department budgeting review and financials

Our main office is based in Alexandria, VA. By the end of 2020, we will open two more
locations around the DC metropolitan area.

In order to do reach our goals we are hiring a Business Consulting Representative to aid in the
expansion process. This person would be helping us to hire and supervise a small team of
customer service and marketing representatives. We are looking for someone who can learn our
process for candidate selection and expansion quickly so they can help us oversee our existing or
new locations.
