Assembly Associate

Schedule: 6:45a.m. to 3:15p.m.
1 week of training required: 10a.m. to 5p.m.
As a Manufacturing Operator, this position will be responsible for supporting different departments as product
moves through each stage of production in the safest and most efficient manner.
Responsibilities include:
• As a Manufacturing Operator II you will be responsible for following procedure instructions, process
and sequence of operations in unpacking, preparing components, and installing components
• You will be responsible for product assembly of complex components, assemblies or sub- assemblies
using small hand tools, and or power screwdrivers to install brackets, small components, and labels on
products
• In addition, will identify and able cable for rack specification using cable labeling machine
• Will also set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines
• Will then package and move finished server and racks
• You will conduct product and various quality inspections, documents inspection results by completing
reports and inputting data into the quality data base
• Conducts daily audits of the area they are assigned, verifying tools for proper torque and calibrations.
Requirements:
• HS diploma required with 3-5 yrs. of related work experience including, computer skills with ability to
do data entry, using hand tools, and assembling computer equipment with ability to understand and
follow instructions.
