Architectural Company looking for experienced Draftsman. Positions are immediately available for full time employment. Our goal is to hire someone who wants to build a long term relationship.
We work primarily on Single-Family Homes so the candidate must have 5 years’ experience minimum working directly on construction documents in the market. Candidate needs a strong AutoDesk background in AutoCad LT or Architecture. The candidate also needs at least 5 years working knowledge of the Florida Building Code.
The positions duties are as follows-Working on construction drawings-all phases, plan maintenance, permit packages, construction details, cross section, and general builder updates.
Qualifications-
1. 5 years minimum Auto Desk CAD
2. 5 years minimum experience in Single Family-Homes Construction Documents; Floor Plans, Foundation, Elevations, Truss Plan, and Electrical Plan
3. 5 years of working knowledge with the Florida Code Book
4. Lives in the Tampa Area
5. Organized
6. Detail Orientated
Wage varies with experience and skills-$40K-$55K a year
