Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented full-time Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist to review and process financial transactions for our physician-owned organization. This role reports to the CFO and has dual responsibilities in accounts payables and acts as the back-up to processing payroll. Some key deliverables include meticulous invoice review, timely distribution, tax computation, and timely entry into the payment system. In addition, this role manages vendor W9s, reconciles vendor statements, credit card bills, and invoices accordingly. As the back-up payroll processor this role reviews and calculates team member adjustments, garnishments, calculates and submits payroll tax reports, and submits funds to the bank for distribution.

This position is located in our administration building at 7600 S Minnesota Ave. Sioux Falls, SD 57108.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
