What You’ll Do
You will play an important role in supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations and helping ensure vendor transactions are handled accurately and on time.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy
- Route matched invoices for approval
- Prepare and process payments by check, ACH, and other approved methods
- Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries or discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing activities
- Process and enter vendor invoices
- Enter payables into the ERP/manufacturing system
Additional Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage and maintain online customer and vendor accounts
- Assist with special projects and other assigned duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn manufacturing software
