Overview
STONE Resource Group is partnered with a leading company in the HVAC Industry looking to expand their current team by adding a to their organization. This is a hybrid, Direct hire opportunity that is perfect for someone looking to expand their skillset, work in a leadership capacity, and work with advanced technologies!
Job Responsibilities
- Building, running and documenting tests.
- Responsible for overall evaluation and improvement of product reliability, through collecting and analyzing failure data, recommending design and or process improvement.
- Interfacing and supporting product development engineering for electrical engineer and software development tasks.
- Perform reliability qualification or re-qualification tests for EE/Software system.
- Support Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) initiatives for EE/Software Systems
- Facilitate team meetings and serve on multiple functional teams.
Must-Have Skillsets
- Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) experience.
- Experience or knowledge in FMEA initiatives.
- Minimum 5-years of reliability engineering experience
- Intermediate computers skills (Microsoft Word, & Excel)
- Experience in developing test plans and schedules.
- Experience in developing and generating product and component reliability prediction models using Weibull.
- Experience in developing and generating testing plans and reporting methods.
- Experience in facilitating team meetings and serving on multifunctional teams.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Working knowledge of python, C++, Visual Basics, MySQL, JavaScript
Nice to Have Skillsets
- Experience in recommending and implementing design improvements.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, resources management and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer and Electrical Engineering
