1st Shift – Maintenance - $28-$35.00/hr depending on experience- Benton Harbor Michigan
Rotating 12 Hour shifts

Preferred Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work overtime
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Comfortable working in a team and able to get along with coworkers
- Willingness to learn, grow, and develop skills
Preferred Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC problems.
- Familiarity with a range of manufacturing equipment such as stamping presses, robotic welders, CNC lasers, and die casting machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to equipment emergencies as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Ability to maintain and repair machinery as needed.
- Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
- Ability to align, fit and assemble component parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties upon request of the supervisor.
- When necessary, participate in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance on the job.
- Rebuild gearboxes, spindles, and drill units.
- Read and interpret test equipment such as micrometers, calipers, ball bar tests, etc.
- Understand lock out tag out, confined space entry, hot work permits, operation of powered industrial trucks, operate man lifts and overhead cranes.
- Other duties as assigned.
A typical day working at this company looks like working Monday through Friday, plus overtime. There are lots of opportunities for overtime! You will work leading the maintenance department and effectively perform machine maintenance and repairs that assure a quality product is produced and delivered that consistently satisfies or exceeds our customer’s expectations.
