YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

Our Training & Content Development Specialist will create, update, and deliver product training and sales training content to support and educate our growing sales team.  In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with teammates from marketing and with senior leaders from our field and inside sales teams to build or edit training content.  Your work will include developing or updating written training manuals, creating presentation decks for live or recorded training events, and delivering short, videotaped training modules for AMP’s internal employee onboarding and skills development platform. 

This highly influential role requires a practical, orderly mindset and the ability to develop clear training content that diminishes complexity and develops the full confidence of trainees.  The capacity to efficiently complete training initiatives from conceptualization to final cut, and the ability to present or record training content in an engaging and dynamic manner is critical.

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·    Candidates should have comfort working with the Microsoft Office suite       

•  Completes tasks with minimal direction and high degree of personal initiative

•  Quickly acquires new software skills (training platforms and presentation development tools)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

3 years training, teaching or sales experience

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

College Degree Required
