Looking for a Tax Associate to join a CPA Firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Tax Planning and dealing with key tax issues.
- Learn and implement financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Reviewing Federal and State income tax returns
- Continuous research on updated taxation laws and regulations in the US
- Ensure accurate, timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Provide support on special tax projects and initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Strong computer skills with knowledge and skills in a wide variety of applications
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
