Commission-only position with a very lucrative bonus program as much as 300% on new business commissions in the first 12 months

Farmers also pays a new Career Agent a $5000 sign on bonus

1-3 years of sales experience preferred but not required

Strong work ethic and communication skills

Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License and Life, Accident & Health Insurance License which you will receive assistance with the cost of the study material
