Emerald Search Partners is assisting a boutique Seattle law firm in identifying a Senior Paralegal to join their growing team (4255). This thriving firm focuses on commercial real estate, construction, and business transactions. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys, preparing and proofreading legal documents, monitoring transaction processes, coordinating closings, and interacting with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy desk while assisting multiple attorneys.
