Construction Project Manager

The primary responsibility of a Project Manager is to oversee the financial success of the building process, working in partnership with Engineers and Owners to support the development of the plans. They identify and plan all the moving parts, and are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time within budget and scope.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and Excel. Knowledge of Viewpoint Construction Software, Estimating Software, and Microsoft Project preferred.
• 4-year college degree (preferably with a major in a Construction related field) or 5-8 years applicable field experience.
• Relevant work experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, clients and outside vendors/subcontractors.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions within established guidelines and policies.
• Ability to maintain construction schedule and manage project costs according to budget for each project.
