We are currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their insurance inquiries, policy updates, and claim resolutions. You will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and ensuring that our clients have a positive experience when interacting with our agency.

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing their insurance-related inquiries and requests in a timely and comprehensive manner.

Policy Support: Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and coverage questions to ensure they have a clear understanding of their insurance plans.

Claims Handling: Process insurance claims and guide customers through the claims process from start to finish with empathy and professionalism.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all details are documented and updated in the system for future reference.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by actively listening, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service on every call.

Licensing: Must possess an active insurance license in North Carolina or be willing to obtain one.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy in documentation, follow processes closely, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
