UPS Store Manager @Washington, MI - Full Time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work at the register along with your team, and as required make sure the store runs smoothly without the owner being there all the time.  Manager needs to be COMPUTER SAVY, must be able to understand or learn printing in depth.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, team management, and providing outstanding customer experiences.

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening, and closing procedure
- Maintain staff schedule
- Drive sales by providing excellent customer service and promoting products
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure productivity and achievement of sales goals
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Conduct employee orientation and assist with the hiring process, including interviewing candidates
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:
 - Previous experience in a retail or shipping sales environment

-          Must have computer skills such as Ms-office, basic graphics software.

-          Proficient in printing, or could learn printing business
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission for meeting printing or sales target

Vacation – 5 days’ vacation starts after 6 months of work.

Holiday – 5 days holiday starts after 6 months of work.

Expected hours: 40 hrs per week.
