Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Description:

We are seeking an Medical Assistant or Ophthalmic Technician to work at our Medspa / Optometry Practice to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in an dynamic environment and has a passion for working in healthcare and providing excellent customer services.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1+ experience in medical assisting
• Phlebotomy and injections required
• Experience with electronic medical records, or a fast learner of computer based programs
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics a plus
• Knowledge of medical/vision insurances, billing/coding knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of optical, vision and eyecare a plus
• Strong communicator
• Highly Organized
• Computer skills
