As an order processing specialist, you will provide essential support to the sales team and work with cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities are critical for our products being delivered accurately and on time to our customers. Star Charge is looking for someone who enjoys teamwork and wants to have a rewarding career in our Fremont office. This position is an on-site position and will report to the Director of Operations.

What you will do

• Communicate with customers with production order receival confirmation.
• Place orders through Salesforce.
• Get shipping quotation for shipping.
• Prepare invoices based on customers’ orders.
• Make sure the shipping address is accurate.
• Arrange product shipments (pickup date, prepare packing list).
• Attend weekly production schedule/delivery meeting.
• Communicate with production team to get an accurate lead time.
• Order spare parts manage inventory.
• Update daily shipping report and sales & revenue report.
• Summarize delivery files (Invoice/POD/PO) for revenue reporting.
• Travel to other offices occasionally.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Mandarin/ Chinese in both speaking and writing.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous shipping/production control experience is a plus but not required.
