Order Processing Specialist
Office-based position

Are you a detail-driven operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for an experienced Order Processing Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, customer satisfaction, and keeping complex processes running smoothly.

In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone between Sales, Logistics, Production, and Customer Service — ensuring orders move seamlessly from entry to delivery across domestic and international markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full lifecycle of sales orders — from review to shipment
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and escalate exceptions proactively
  • Coordinate directly with Sales teams, customers, and freight partners
  • Monitor inventory, lead times, and order milestones
  • Manage returns, RMAs, and proforma invoicing
  • Generate reports that drive visibility and operational insight
  • Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen SOPs
  • Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of order processing or customer operations experience
  • Hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and precision
