Title: Processing Specialist
Full-time/part-time: Full-time
Positions available: Corporate Office; Yuma, AZ
Hours per week: 8am-5pm; Monday thru Friday

 General Description:
 
Seeking an applicant to provide support to a financial adviser(s) and his/her client database. We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven candidate who embodies and upholds our CORE values. As the conduit to our clients, advisers, and business partners, you will apply your strong communication and analytical skills in the day-to-day operations in the processing of any new and current applications for Assets under Management (AUM). You must have strong math skills and the ability to process information from notes obtained from advisory teams. Your attention to detail, accuracy and assertiveness in preparing or updating these applications is vital for the well-being of our clients and adviser teams.
 
To ensure success in this position you will have the ability to maintain knowledge of products and resources, the company’s policies and procedures, as well as being an effective communicator. · Answering phones and other daily office duties

· Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred
· 1+ years client service experience, preferably in related field
