Job Summary

The Order Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing client orders within a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role ensures orders are completed on time, supports warehouse operations, assists with packing activities as needed, and maintains a high level of accuracy and productivity throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Slack channels and internal communications for priorities, updates, and operational instructions.
  • Process bulk orders and single orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely processing of all client orders while maintaining quality standards.
  • Verify order accuracy and follow established processing procedures.
  • Stage completed orders in appropriate pick locations for packers.
  • Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or inventory concerns that may prevent orders from being processed.
  • Support packers on the warehouse floor as needed.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order processing experience preferred.
  • Experience with ShipHero or a similar warehouse management system is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
