Job Opportunity

Our client, a leading semiconductor client, is looking for an Admin Assistant 1 (Business Professional) for Phoenix, AZ. Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension) Job Location: Milpitas, CA Rate: $30/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick Leave, 401K

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for customers before and after sales.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships (CRM).
  • Manage order processing, including creating quotations and generating billing.
  • Prepare and deliver spares backlog reports with accurate revenue data.
  • Record and track service activities, equipment failures, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley Act) processes for billing and contract revenue.
  • Work with SAP CRM to maintain customer data and installed base records.
  • Reduce billing/collection cycle time to meet financial goals.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and create reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, finance) to meet revenue and service goals.
  • Handle multiple priorities during peak fiscal periods.
  • Ensure professional communication and exceptional customer service.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
