Print Shop - Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the promotional products industry, and an existing book of business. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and management skills, capable of leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

Requirements:

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager, preferably in the promotional products or related industry.
• Must possess a substantial book of business with a focus on promotional products or similar. 
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
